SHEAR DEPARTMENT

N.C. PRESS DEPARTMENT
• 1 – Amada Vipros 357 Queen N.C. Turret Press – 33 ton – 50 x 72 table size – 45 station turret c/w two 1-¼” & two 2” auto index stations – Hydraulic ram for forming control.
• 1 – Amada Aries 245 N.C. Turret Press – 22 ton – 40 x 50 table size – 19 station turret c/w two 1-¼” & one 2” auto indexing stations

SALVAGNINI FORMING CENTER

• Forms up or down bends in one handling
• Manipulator holds the part in the center, any extra material is deposited to the outside bends. This produces a part which is always to size & square
• Able to form any radius by bumping to bend radius
• Form all 4 sides of the part in one handling
LASER CUTTING DEPARTMENT

• Cutting Accuracy to within ±.003″, with outstanding edge quality
• DNC linked to LAN system for downloading manufacturing programs
• Cuts Mild Steel up to .500″ thick
